When will the parcel reach the destination?

Parcel allocated to a route the same working day will arrive in 2 working days. Busy Operation or a late collection request will mean your parcel will arrive on the 3rd working day latest.

Take advantage of our additional pinpoint tracking service, real-time location tracking when the driver is 20 minutes away. Additional compensation cover is available. Fill out our quotation form and our customer service representative will get back to you with an accurate quote. Rest assured we respond to direct quotes within 30 minutes during office hours.

Request a collection before 15:00  and we will collect your parcel as soon as possible. A direct service, our driver will solely transport your goods.

A collection by 2 pm, will have your parcel delivered the latest 6:30 pm.

Same Day Before 22

Request a collection before 6 pm and we will deliver your parcel by 22:00 the same day.   (this service is only available Mon - Fri).

A collection by 6:30 pm will have your parcel delivered the latest 10:00 pm.

Next-Day Express 24 hours​

The next day to us means the next day so 24 hours after your collection expect your parcel to get to the recipient guaranteed.

A collection by 6:30 pm will have your parcel delivered the next day before 6:30 pm.

MISSED DELIVERY

 

Missing a delivery can be awful. Our delivery driver would have left a 'we attempted' official card stating potential options accessible to you after their failed attempt at the destination address.

  1. Left at neighbours - Luckily a neighbour near you signed for your parcel. 

  2. Followed delivery instructions - We followed delivery instructions, received from the sender. 

  3. Left In safe place - We may have left your parcel in a reasonable place,  please read more information section on where we carefully placed your item.

  4. Left at a local locker - We have partnered with several locker companies and would have left your parcel there. Contact our support team on where and how to access your locker.

  5. Returned to the sender - After two attempts without direct contact with us from the first attempt, your item will be promptly returned to the sender without any further notice. Please contact the sender to rearrange delivery.

We store parcels for 7 days* before returning back to the sender. Get in contact with us after a 1st failed attempt. As soon s possible as we may attempt again the same day.

How to arrange collection

Use the contact us page to promptly get in touch with our support team, to find out where and how to instantly access your local collection locker.

TTL Group UK drivers do not meet customers of a route due to security measures and to uphold our arrival estimates. If you're not going to be home at our estimated arrival time. We have partnered with Collect + to access your valuable items at the nearest locker to your postcode which typically incurs a fee from £4.00 inc VAT.  Please contact our live support team before a driver attempts a delivery.

Please be advised that if your parcel is on route today we won't be able to arrange collection same day. If you wish to cancel this delivery please contact info@tentenlogistics.co.uk, including your tracking number and postcode in the subject line.

 REARRANGE DELIVERY  

To rearrange delivery the quickest way is to send a request below our customer service team will send you a confirmation email of your request.

We will safely store your parcel for 7 days whilst you get in contact with us to rearrange delivery we will give you a date within the next 2 working days free of charge.

Please get in touch after a 1st failed attempt. As soon as possible as we may attempt again the same day. This is not part of our policy but a generous good deed as we always aim to provide a reliable service.

Cost to rearrange delivery.

Redelivered to a different address from £3.50 without any attempts.

Redelivered to a different address from £5.50 after the first attempt.

Rates

Our standard protection offers a generous £30 cover free in the event of a claim.

All requests are dispatched with our standard cover unless the parcel c is purchased prior to collection. 

All of our express services include compensation cover ranging from £50 to £1000 per parcel for loss or damage. 

+ £2.00= £50 

+ £2.50 = £70 

+ £3.00 = £100

+ £5.00 = £300

+ £7.00 = £1000 maximum

WHAT CAN I SEND ?

 

Nearly everything and anything! TTL Group UK has a list of items prohibited items that can not be transported by us or contractors, due to our insurance cover. We apologise if your item is in the list below we can not fulfil your request. Restricted items deemed as the hazardous or highly valuable item will incur a direct service fee, our advisor would have informed you of this in your quotation.

REFUND / COMPENSATION

 

The unexpected issues may occur due to human error, even with the most successful systems the unforeseen can happen and for that reason, we provide extra ways to secure your peace of mind. 

With the exclusion of our non-guaranteed international services (Air Standard and Air Express), you may claim a full or proportionate refund of the carriage cost if your consignment does not arrive at its destination within the guaranteed delivery time - please see the table below for details.

Need to cancel a collection request recently booked? please complete our cancellation request form.

Please include your correct parcel number,  we receive an immediate notification of request and cancel your order, processing a refund depending on your bank could take 3-5 working days.
